Senior Staff are those staff paid above the single pay spine, i.e Professorial roles, and former ALC6, OR6 and Research IV roles.
The value of the basic points is increased in line with national pay awards
There is no incremental progression apart from Professorial staff in Band 1. Band 1 Professors will receive an increment on 1 August until they reach spine point 5 on Band 1.
Movement between and within bands is based on performance and subject to ratification by the Remuneration Committee.
