Aisha Bello-Dambatta

I am a transdisciplinary researcher in water sciences and engineering with experience in the broadly related areas of integrated water resources management, water-energy-food-environment nexus, water-gender nexus, and climate change impacts on land and water resources.

More about Dr Bello-Dambatta

I received my PhD in Engineering from Exeter University in 2010. I have over 10 years of postdoctoral research and teaching experience in Exeter (2011 – 2017), UCL Geography (2017 – 2018), and Bangor University (2019 – 2023). I worked on large-scale international interdisciplinary consortium projects where I contributed to work in water systems engineering, water demand management, water-energy nexus, and climate change impacts. I sit on national and international committees on water, energy, and climate change impacts; and engage with SMEs, practitioners, communities, and schools in my research on climate action through water management and water use efficiency.
