UCL Student Welcome Week has arrived and the Petrie Museum invites new and returning students to explore the museum with Cultural Comedy Tours, combining the most sensational comedians on the circuit with favourite museums, art galleries and heritage sites across the UK. Join comedy-writer and stand-up performer Zahra Barri for a unique tour of the Petrie Museum's collection of objects and artefacts from ancient Egypt and Sudan.

Each tour is limited to 15 people and lasts for approx 30 minutes with time after to explore the musuem.

Audience

Taking place in Student Welcome Week, this event is open to all UCL students.

Finding us

We are located on the Bloomsbury campus, in the heart of central London. The nearest tube stations are Euston Square (Metropolitan, Circle, Hammersmith & City), Goodge Street (Northern Line), Warren Street (Victoria Line), and buses 18, 30, 73, 134 and 205 stop 3-5 minutes away on Euston Road.

Access

There is step free access to the Petrie Museum via the lift in the UCL Science Library to the left of the Museum's main entrance. Further information about access at the Museum can be found here.
