The Grant Museum of Zoology invites you to join an exciting family workshop exploring global eco-systems.

There is an astonishing diversity of life on Earth which we depend upon, from the giant to the small to the microscopic. Sometimes we can forget about all the wondrous contributions that animals provide. Join The Grant Museum of Zoology and Badge Cafe this Easter school holiday celebrating underappreciated and/or new fauna through badgemaking.
Badge Cafe helps people relax, create and connect by reusing old books and magazines to create badges. Welcoming, easy and fun, it's all about exploring your own creativity however you like, and finding the beauty in discarded and found materials. Swing by for a minute or bed in for an hour or more – you might surprise yourself!

This workshop is part of UCL Museums & Cultural Programmes 2023-24 event series Architecting Futures from Past Traces, bringing together art, culture and research.

This is an intergenerational workshop, suitable for all ages and abilities. Everyone is welcome.
