Spend an evening with husband and wife team Rich and Rox for an ADHD friendly evening of laughter, honest conversation, and radical shame reduction. With their ever-growing online community, Rox and Rich are on a mission to raise awareness for ADHD and create a space where they feel seen and understood. Through their viral videos and international best-selling book Dirty Laundry, Rox and Rich seek to help those living with ADHD to realise their value and live shame-free.
