Living safely with infections
The Government has removed the remaining domestic COVID-19 restrictions in England and published advice on living safely with respiratory infections including COVID-19, which includes measures such as getting vaccinated, keeping spaces well ventilated and practicing good hygiene.
Unwell? Stay at home
At UCL, your health and wellbeing are paramount, and our priority is to make sure our campus is as safe as possible and minimise the risk to everyone onsite from any type of illness.
If you do feel unwell, even if it’s ‘just’ a cold or sore throat, we strongly encourage you to stay at home if you can, to avoid passing on infection to others in the community.
What to do if you are unwell or think you may have coronavirus
If you have a specific question about your individual circumstances please speak to your department or line manager in the first instance. If you have a more general question, please check that it has not already been answered on this site.
Students can contact us though the askUCL student enquiries system.
Students staying in UCL-managed halls of residence can find more information on the UCL Accommodation website or contact their hall team.
