ICS 3-Minute Thesis (3MT) competition

On Friday 17th March 2023, we held the ICS 3-Minute Thesis (3MT) competition as a live event for the first time since lockdown. 9 PhD students from different departments across ICS competed for the top two spots for faculty round selection. With only 3 minutes to pitch the impact of their research, these students gave excellent quality, captivating presentations.

Congratulations to all who took part and to our top two ICS winners: Vaishnavi Sabarigirivasan (Shining a light on blue baby syndrome) and Isabelle Bond (Decoding a broken heart).

We wish them all the best in the Faculty 3MT competition which will be held on Tuesday 23rd May, 14:20 at Leolin Price Theatre, 30 Guildford Street, Institute Child Health. Please come along and support them!
