ICS 3MT competition

Four contestants competed in the ICS 3MT heat this year, which was held on Tuesday 26^th April. All of the contestants gave fantastic presentations, which ranged from designing pulmonary value implants and computer imaging tools to understanding the pulmonary hypertension and the hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. After much deliberation the judges have put forward Kan Yan Chloe Li, and her presentation ‘Innovative powerful X-ray imaging to understand sudden cardiac death’ and Liam Swanson with the presentation ‘My Achy Breaky Pulmonary Valve – How Will We Fix It?’. We wish both of them lots of luck in Friday’s Faculty 3MT event.
