ICS Staff Survey 2017 - Results

The Results of the ICS Staff Survey are now public.
Thank you very much to those of you (72%!) who filled in the Survey 2017. A summary of the outcomes is showed in the figure (credit: Christina Picken) and full results are available here.
89% of us feel that ICS is a great place to work for women, and 91% that it is a great place to work for men. However, there is more to it: a few areas for improvement have been identified around appraisals, promotions, mentoring, career development and opportunities to represent ICS internally and/or externally. Activities in these areas are being planned, which would be to the benefit of the entire ICS community. If you want to know more, please join the ICS Equality & Diversity (E&D) team to get involved and improve our / your experience in ICS.
