Whether you are a leader or are managing up, are having a difficult conversation with a client or a business partner, or you have to settle a dispute within your team, your negotiation skills will be called upon numerous times throughout your career. By investing time into developing this skill set, you can find ways to effectively manage situations whilst maintaining healthy working relationships and ensuring that what you want is one of the core outcomes.

In this session, you will hear from UCL alum and Chief Negotiator Alex Adamo. Alex will share his expertise with you, before giving you the opportunity to put the theory into practise in his expert Masterclass. Networking drinks to follow.

Alex Adamo’s mission is to raise people’s level of behavioural awareness and control. He contributes towards this mission through his work at The Commercialiser, where with his team supports clients in taking control of their behaviours, becoming aware of their actions, emotions, and making things happen on their own terms, not those dictated by others, society or pre-set standards.

As a Chief Negotiator and serial entrepreneur, Alex supports executives of FTSE 100 and S&P 500 companies to maximise their most important commercial agreements at a strategic, tactical, and execution level. He has led and executed individual negotiations up to five billion dollars, in private, retail, corporate banking, asset management, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, FMCG, beverages, consumer goods, energy, and technology sectors globally.

Founder of The Commercialiser, a boutique consulting firm managing large negotiations on behalf of companies, Alex is interested in continuing to invest in start-ups that have a positive impact on the sustainability of the planet and the preservation and evolution of human consciousness through AI and human awareness development.

Alex holds a degree in Marketing & PR from London Metropolitan University, a Master's in Evolutionary Anthropology from UCL (2014), a certificate in venture finance from University of Oxford, and a certificate in Negotiation from Harvard Business School.
