This interactive virtual workshop will share the honest advice about how to turn up, make a great impression and navigate the minefield of building your reputation in the workplace. We’ll look at how to read differing expectations, learn tips on getting organised and tackle tricky topics, like what to wear for a Zoom call.

It will cover:

  • A guide to the practical, often unspoken, rules, from time keeping, to what to wear (even more confusing in the new hybrid world!) to phones and social media at work
  • Understanding work place culture, how it’s formed and how to decode it
  • The everyday expectations of contracts and workplace policies
  • The link between behaviours at work and perceptions of performance
  • How to make sure you get what you need including how to ask for pay rises and promotions

The session will share some practical exercises that will help you to understand how to approach new situations and will share tips on how to build good relationships at work.
