What We Do

The UCL Integrated Legal Advice Clinic (UCL iLAC)

The UCL Integrated Legal Advice Clinic, based in Stratford, offers users of the Liberty Bridge Road General Practice and local residents free face to face general legal advice on all aspects of social welfare law including specialist advice in welfare benefits, housing, education, and community care.

The Clinic forms part of the Faculty's world leading access to justice research agenda.

Pro Bono and Student Opportunities

At UCL Laws, pro bono encompasses a wide range of voluntary projects that use the law and legal knowledge as an effective tool for social change. These include providing free legal services under qualified supervision, outreach and public legal education, mentoring, working in partnership with legal charities, and fundraising.
