Housman Talks

In the 2022-2023 academic year the ASCR introduced a new series of talks by UCL staff called "Housman Talks". The aim of the talks is to promote collegiality, encourage interdisciplinary relations and introduce new ASCR members to other users of the Housman Room. All the talks are by UCL staff and are based on the theme “What I do at UCL”.

Unless otherwise notified, the events will begin with drinks at 5.30pm, followed by the 15-20 minute talk at 6pm. We encourage new ASCR members who have booked to come to an event to arrive at 5.30pm. You will then have time to have some food and drink, and meet other members, as well as chat to staff on the ASCR Committee.
