The newly opened UCLMS Clinical Assessment Centre is holding a series of drop in open days to which all are welcome. The Clinical Assessment Centre has been designed to host clinical assessment and training events whilst being a suitable venue for conferences and seminars.

The Medical School offers a wide range of 1 year intercalated BSc programmes. UCL medical students, except those who are already UK graduates, are required to take an intercalated BSc as a compulsory part of their 6 year MBBS programme after completion of Year 2 of the MBBS. More information...
IBSC's for Medical Students:
The multifaculty, multidisciplinary structure of UCL means that we are in a strong position to offer a wide range of degree programmes of a high academic standing. Detailed information about Intercalated BSc programmes is given to students during the second year.
There is an application process, which is competitive and, although the vast majority of students are accepted for the programme of their first or second choice, acceptance on a given programme cannot be guaranteed.
2012 -2013 Intercalated BSc Application process
The IBSc Booklet 2012-2013 is now available to download please click here to view and download the booklet.
The documents needed to apply for your IBSc year are now available. You are required to complete the application form and submit a reference, a form for this is below and your referee must complete this. You must also submit two personal statements with your application. Further details regarding the application process are available in the guidance document.

You are required to read the IBSc Policy 2012 - 2013 before you submit your application form.
External Applications (Students outside UCL)
Unfortunately UCL can no longer accept applications from students outside of UCL for entry to the IBSc year.
Applications for 2012-2013 will only be accepted if you are a UCL MBBS student.

The Intercalated BSc Fair

Please note: UCL will not be accepting applications from external students and therefore the Intercalated BSc fair is an event for UCL students only.
Further details will be sent to students via email in January 2012.

Please come along to the Intercalated BSc fair to meet the course tutors and talk to current and previous students. Additionally short talks will be held during the afternoon. A timetable of talks will be sent to students via email a few days before the event.
