T71/882: claim by Philip Prothero and John Savage, owners-in-fee. Counterclaim (withdrawn) from John Pemberton Ross, of St Vincent. Counterclaim from Samuel Bosanquet, James Hughes Anderdon, C. Franks and Jas. Whatman Bosanquet, all of Lombard St., bankers, who 'claim to be entitled to the whole compensation money as admitted in the replication of PP and JS to the counterclaim of JPR'.

 

T71/1609: Samuel Bosanquet and co. announce themselves to the Commission on 21/10/1835 as 'attorneys to Messrs Prothero and Savage and as the parties interested in the compensation money.'

 

Times 02/07/1836 p. 4: the partnership of the awardees was dissolved as far as it concerned Samuel Bosanquet.
