Biography

London banker, father of James Whatman Bosanquet (q.v.) and Samuel Richard Bosanquet, both of whom appear in the ODNB, the latter as 'legal and religious writer'. The partners in the bank were awarded compensation for 3 estates in Nevis, in two cases as assignees and in the third as 'parties interested in the compensation.'

  1. Samuel Bosanquet retired from the bank in 1836.
