Information about a change of paper supplier for Print@UCL
In April 2024, Procurement made a decision to change our primary supplier of office supplies from Banner to Office Depot. This means that Banner ceases to be our paper supplier. Office Depot won the competition to be UCL’s strategic supplier by not only offering savings against our incumbent, but also supporting UCL’s sustainability goals.
After a lot of testing, we have identified the paper that we think will work well with our printers and also support UCL’s sustainability goals. The document below outlines the new process for raising paper orders for Print@UCL.
