Meet Sophie Harrison, Director of Agile Product Delivery and Portfolio Lead for People, Money & Insight.
About Sophie
Sophie joined UCL in 2020, bringing with her a plethora of experience in leading complex digital delivery and scaled agile transformations.
Currently, Sophie leads IT Portfolio and Product Delivery (ITPPD), home to Digital’s delivery management, development, testing and user experience capabilities – all part of cross-functional teams delivering high-quality technology change to the university.
ITPPD is also home to the Lean Portfolio Management Group – who help ensure ISD has the appropriate governance and assurance in place, and the Agile Centre of Excellence – who continue to support the whole of the department on their agile transformation journey.
In her free time, Sophie enjoys running, reading and writing.
