This practical work-shop usually runs every other month (on a Wednesday) and is specifically designed for anaesthetists who wish to gain both confidence in topical anaesthesia of the airway and improve manual dexterity in airway endoscopy.
The course includes video demonstration, hands-on practice on endoscopy trainer & manikins, and then actual performance on delegates themselves in a monitored environment.

DelegatesThis hands-on workshop is limited to 4 participants and supervised by a faculty of 2 to 3 consultants and 2 or more airway fellows .

Please read the  important information contained in the (downloadable) AFOI course booklet before applying.
