Mark Ellerby (CMMP-LCN) - Safety

For a research worker to be permitted to work in a CMMP-controlled office or laboratory, they must sign a ‘work permit’ stating that they, and their supervisor, attest to their awareness of the risks associated with their work. Three copies of each work permit should be made: one for the research worker, one to be kept in the supervisor's folder, and one to be sent to the CMMP Safety Supervisor, Prof. Quentin Pankhurst (email:q.pankhurst@ucl.ac.uk).

The Physics and Astronomy Safety Officer is Derek Attree (email:dja@hep.ucl.ac.uk), and the LCN Safety Officer is Dr. Takashi Matsuura (email:t.matsuura@ee.ucl.ac.uk).
