UCL is running its fifth staff engagement survey from 9 – 27 November 2015.
UCL’s Vision (UCL 2034)
Our distinctive approach to research, education and innovation will further inspire our community of staff, students and partners to transform how the world is understood, how knowledge is created and shared and the way that global problems are solved.
We can’t achieve this unless staff are engaged with UCL’s values and goals.
What are the survey aims?
- measure staff engagement with UCL strategy and vision
- measure leadership and management, especially through change
- benchmark developments since the previous survey - to understand what UCL has done well (share best practice) and what can be improved
- develop ideas for new projects and initiatives to increase staff engagement
How will it work?
- The survey will be web based - you will receive a personal link via email (hard copies available for staff who do not have computer access)
- The questions have been developed by a cross section of staff across faculties and divisions, in partnership with TU colleagues, whilst retaining benchmarking against previous surveys
- The survey will be managed by an external organisation, ORC International, ensuring absolute anonymity for respondents
