2015

September/ October	Articles and presentations to promote the survey
9 November	personalised email sent to each employee (employed as at 30 September) by our partner organisation ORC, with a unique URL to access the survey
27 November	survey closes n.b. weekly reminders will be sent to those who have not yet completed the survey
7 December	Final response rate and flash report available
21 December	Initial reports released to UCL

2016

22 January (tbc)	UCL Results presentation to SMT
w/c 25 January (tbc)	Local reports circulated to Deans/ V-Ps/ PS Directors/ FMs
Target: 28 February	Local results to be circulated to staff
February onwards	Local staff conversations and development of action plans
Sept 16	First 6 monthly report back to SMT on action plans and activities
