Service Effectiveness Survey

The Service Effectiveness Survey will close on Friday 27 November 2020.

The Service Effectiveness Survey is part of the UniForum programme, an international benchmarking exercise looking at professional services run in conjunction with Cubane Consulting.

The aim of the survey is to collect feedback from UCL staff about professional services and identify what we are doing well and where we can improve.

The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete and all responses are confidential. You will be asked to rate the importance and effectiveness of services you are familiar with, and have the opportunity to provide detailed feedback.

The survey will ask you to comment on the effectiveness of a number of professional services. These may include:
