Talks and Posters Guidelines

  • Abstracts submission
    Abstracts can be submitted for either an oral presentations or a poster presentation. Abstracts may not be longer than 2 pages in A4 format (including references) with 1-inch (2.54cm) margins on all sides, single-spaced with a font size not smaller than 12pt. Examples, tables, graphs et cetera are to be intertwined in the text in the appropriate place and not collected at the end. Submissions are restricted to a maximum of one single-authored and one co-authored abstract (or two co-authored abstracts). The abstracts must be anonymous and not identify the name or affiliation of the author(s) in the abstract, the title, or the name of the document. Abstracts should be submitted as .pdf files with one word from the title as the file name. Submissions will be anonymously refereed. 
  • Conference talks
    Conference talks have been appointed a 30 minutes slots, 20 minutes for the talk followed by 10 minutes for discussion and questions from the auditory. The conference hall is equipped with a projector and loudspeakers. Please check the conference program for the details on the time and date of your talk. The language of the conference is English.
  • Conference posters
    Poster sessions A and B have been appointed 60 minutes slots. Conference Posters should not exceed 70 x 100 cm in size. Poster panels and stationary will be available in the morning on the day of the poster sessions. Please check the conference program for the details on the time and date of your poster presentation. The language of the conference is English.

Notifications of acceptance: 10th of April, 2016
Corrected abstract: 30th of April, 2016
