Attorney and slave-owner in Jamaica, and one of the Commissioners of Munro and Dickenson's charity. To date no will or death-date has been found for him by LBS: James Miller appeared as one of the magistrates for St Elizabeth as late as the 1857 Jamaica Almanac.
