The estate of Michael Arnold Esquire decased at Machionel in St Thomas-in-the-East, Jamaica, were filed in the Accounts Produce 1741-1742 by John Williams, administrator: "Sundry provisions, livestock and sundry negroes sold at publick vendue to discharge the judgement and execution the creditors had against the said estate sale amounting to £1576" (1741) and "Sundry goods, sale of enslaved people and an old mill" (1742).
