Biography

In September 1817, 98 enslaved people were registered on Plantation Liverpool situate on the West Coast Corentyn the property of Henry Welch Esq. by John Quarless. In 1825 he made his own return recording his sale of most of the enslaved people to William Forsyth, who moved them to his own estate Pln Friends. Nothing further has been traced of Henry Welch to date.
