Awarded the compensation for twelve enslaved people on Cave Valley settlement in Hanover Jamaica with two others as trustees of Ann Pool Ritherdon (q.v.).
- Conceivably but not certainly the Thomas Knocker who was a solicitor in Dover, Kent. A Hugh Horatio Knocker, son of Thomas ('Gentleman') and Mercy Knocker of Newland Street was baptised at St Mary Abbotts Kensington 16/11/1829. Mercy Knocker, the daughter of Sir John Hollams, and widow of Thomas Knocker, both late of Kent, died 8/9/1874 aged 79. However, the will of a Thomas Knocker of Upper Deal Kent was proved 05/08/1830.
