Awarded to Charles Payne Sharp as original grantee under Barbados Bay divsion (St George parish) Lots nos. 28 (300 ares) and 29 (200 acres) 16/05/1766; by 1773 the two lots were held by Joseph Maynard. 'Present Possessor' c. 1867 was Robert Crooks for St George Lot no. 28, Unknown for Lot no. 29. Widow's Lot does not appear in the 1832 lists or in the compensation records.
