T71/887: claim by George Bagot for himself and the attorney of John Murray, owners. Counterclaim by Henry Chaplin, Vere Fane, Edward Ellice and James Ellice, as mortgagees by virtue of an indenture of 22/0/1822 and an assignment thereof dated 25 July 1826 for £5229 18 01/2d and interest.
