Counterclaim by Aeneas Barkly, with the concurrence of Henry Davidson and Wm. Davidson, executors of Henry Davidson (deceased), by virtue of a mortgage of £40888 13s 1d. The counterclaim was withdrawn. A supplemental claim was made by Henry Davidson, Aeneas Barkly and Wm. Davidson, 'stating the death of John (= William ?) Alves, claimant, and that an arrangement has been entered into between his executors and trustees and the supplemental claimants, whereby the supplemental claimants became entitled to the compensation money'.
