Counterclaims from Robert McDonald as judgement creditor under Amelioration Act; from executors of Robt Gowan, including Croils of Glasgow and Benj. Nicholson of Liverpool; and from Rev. Wm. Alexander McNish [sic], Rector of St Peters, Antigua, surviving trustee of Robert McNish, for £3000 + interest. Mary Eliza McNish, Brodie George McNish and Jas H. Barker were the executors of Alex. Wm McNish.
