Counterclaim also from Fanny Earle Ponsonby, widow of Revolution Hall, dau. of Dr William Glenn and heiress to anuity of £600 pa. charged on Revolution Hall.

T71/500 p. 118: enslaved persons registered to John, Taylor and George Ponsonby as heirs and devisees of late Dr Glenn by John Ponsonby [Revolution Hall].

T71/1267: John Ponsonby was served with a notice of counterclaim by Isaac Clark of St Vincent on 22/06/1835. John Ponsonby in his power of attorney dated 21/03/1836 was described as 'at present of St Vincent but about to depart for Europe'.
