T71/854: original claim by James McWilliam and Thomas Huie, as receivers in Chancery, Miles vs Shand.  Mary Cath. Oswin was the widow and executrix of Chas Oswin, a judgement creditor. Other counterclaimants include 'Curtis Robarts' [presumably the partners in Robart, Curtis];  P.J. Miles; Wm. Shand etc.
