Award split: £369 11s 11d to Mill on 26/09/1836; £1847 19s 10d to Redwar on 10/10/1836; £369 11s 11d to John McNaught and wife on 05/12/1836; £184 15s 11d to the Smiths, Mary Ann Turner, Sarah White Turner on 24/04/1837; £184 15s 11d to J.W. and W.D. Turner, J. McGlashan & wife and Wilton Turner on 30/10/1837.

T71/857: all awardees were representatives of Wm Gale Redwar deceased. Most were absentees. George Gavin Browne Mill aka 'The Baron' as trustee; Harriett Redwar from Boulogne, France; John Fairfell Smith & Caroline Cydippe his wife from Edinburgh; McNaught from Clarendon. Some claimants lost out in the arbitration. Initially, 'These parties are willing to submit all their respective interests to the Comms of comp. that the monies to be awarded may be duly allotted according to thier rights and they therefore admit the sevl' abstracts in Appending to Counterclaim to be correct'.  

T71/1183: counterclaim shows the Baron George Gavin Browne Mill of city of Bath [Somerset] MD as trustee of marriage settlement of George Coleman and Harriet Redwar from 1816.
