Award split: £246 2s 6d to each of Charles Nicholas Palmer Massy Dawson, Isabella Massy Dawson, Louisa Massy Dawson, Rev. John Massy Dawson and Capt James Massy Dawson. Capt James also awarded £738 7s 6d; Poore and Robert Massy awarded £492 5s together. All dated 19/09/1836.  Maria Frances Palmer awarded £2461 5s 6d on 16/01/1836 (given as 1836 in Parliamentary Papers, probably 1837).  Proportions are the same as St Mary claim no. 336.

T71/856: claim by James H. M. Dawson and Maria F. Pallmer, London, 'joint tenants in tail'. Counterclaim from James Massy Dawson 'surviving executor and legatee in trust of Mary Dennis an annuitant for £20,111 arrears and as heir at law of Jas. H[ewitt]. M[assy]. Dawson his Father for 3/10ths of a moiety as tenant in common in fee'. Counterclaim from Jas M Dawson, Rev. Jno Massy Dawson, Chas Nics Pallmer M. Dawson, Isabella P.M. Dawson and Robert Montague Poore as Guardian of 3 infants Dawson 'each for a tenth of a moiety as tenant in common in tail under a marriage settlement'.

The proportionate awards made on 19/09/1836 are: 1/20th to Capt James Massy Dawson; 2/20ths to Charles Nicholas Pallmer Massy Dawson; 1/20th to Isabella Pallmer Massy Dawson; 3/20ths to Capt. James Massy Dawson; 1/20th to Rev. Jno Massy Dawson; 1/20th to Louisa Massy Dawson. Counterclaim of Capt. James Massy Dawson then withdrawn on 12/01/1837. 10/20ths adjudged to Charles Nicholas Pallmer and Maria Francis his wife on 16/01/1837.
