T71/855: claim by Robert Page, executor of Samuel Hyde, late surviving trustee of Richard Welch. Counterclaims include Robert Hayes Welch, 'as owner in fee of 'Hillside' and as devisee residuary, legatee and only surviving executor of Richard Welch'. NB note says 'Letter of John Mitchell denying all right to the compensation'

 

T71/1593 p. 196: letter dated 21/05/1836 to R.H. Welch, Belvidere Place stating the contested claims have to wait.

 

T71/1594 p. 301: letter dated 16/04/1840 to Mrs Sarah Busby, 82 Talbot St, Dublin, sister and legatee of Richard [see St Thomas-in-the-Vale claim no. 305] Welch stating it is now too late to make a counterclaim.

 

T71/1594 p. 155: letter dated 26/12/1837 to Robert Welch, Maryboro Queen's County, Ireland stating the claim has been awarded to Robert Hayes Welch and the certificates sent to his agent  Mr Walker.
