T71/880: claim by Owsley Rowley, owner-in-fee. Counterclaim from Aeneas Barkly, of Lime St. Square, as the survivng co-partner of Henry Davidson with the concurrence of Henry Davidson junior and William Davidson, the surviving executors of Henry Davidson, attorneys LeBlanc, Oliver & Cook., mortgagee for £19829 7s 4d with interest at 6% from 31/05/1835. The counterclaim was withdrawn and then reinstated.
