Ibid p. 350: letter, dated 19/11/1835, stating: 'I am directed to acquaint you that it is impossible from the nature of the busines of the office to keep up a correspondence with Parties as to their individual claims'. Has sent a copy of the rules 'as you state that you are unacquainted with the Rules and Orders of the Commission'.
