Research summary
Lucinda's main research areas include:
The transnational development and multi-level governance of private law including, but not restricted to, activities at the EU level.
Comparative private law - primarily contract.
European Union law – most particularly from the private law perspective (eg the development of a European contract law).
EU and national (English and French) consumer law.

Biography
Lucinda has been a full-time member of the Law Faculty since 2004. She is also involved with teaching and examining on the University of London 's external LLB programme. Prior to entering academia, Lucinda worked both in the UK and abroad. She is fluent in French and Spanish.
