Professor Gary McCulloch delivers series of lectures in China

Professor Gary McCulloch was recently invited to Hunan First Normal University (HFNU) to deliver a series of lectures as Overseas Distinguished Teacher.

Professor McCulloch's lectures looked at the recent reforms in UK education and discussed teacher education policies. He presented past and present perspectives on the school curriculum and also explored education for happiness, character and national values. 

Professor McCulloch presented five lectures at HNFU and a further four lectures in Hunan Province. He also gave a keynote lecture at the First International Conference of Primary School Teachers and had the opportunity to visit the first affiliated primary school of HFNU.

Minzu University in Beijing has invited Professor McCulloch to present lectures for its 'world famous scholars' lecture series in May.
