Martin John Calllanan has created a new work for the Whitstable Biennale 2012, Wars During My Lifetime, which lists on newsprint all the wars that have taken place over his lifetime. The newspaper is available from Whitstable Library, Elliotts Coffee Shop, Tea & Times, and Harbour News, throughout the festival. From 2pm on Saturday 8 September 2012 the town crier will read the newspaper for a special one-off event.
