Working across moving image, live events, collaborative processes and writing, my practice explores fiction as the technology. Informed as much by horror films as by critical theory, the works derive from sustained research projects exploring the reverberations of certain fictions. Often through forms staged naturalism, the works tell stories of anomalous phenomena, strange turns of events and eerie agency. These might be the myths enmeshed in supposedly national landscapes, the ghosts which haunt our personal technologies, or the waking dream space of the internet, its hysterias, folklore and fauna.
