Creating Connections

Creating Connections is a regular networking event that brings together UCL staff and postgraduate students with London’s wider community and voluntary sectors. The aim is very simple – to explore ways of working together with mutual benefit.

How do I get involved in Creating Connections?

If you have an idea for how UCL and London’s communities can work more closely together, or would like to sign up to the Creating Connections mailing list, please contact Laura Cream at or phone 020 3108 1197.

Creating Connections 10 will be held on Monday 15 June, 6pm to 8pm, UCL Main Quad, Gower Street, WC1E 6BT.

In celebration of our tenth event, we are taking Creativity and Collaboration as our twin themes.  As with all previous Creating Connections, the aim of the event is to bring UCL’s academic staff and postgraduate researchers together with representatives of the community and voluntary sector (with a healthy sprinkling of arts, heritage and cultural organisations on this occasion), to find areas of common interest and projects they can collaborate on.  The evening is a mix of themed discussions in small groups with more informal networking to follow.

Find out more and book your place by Monday 8th June.

Creating Connections is organised by UCL’s Public Engagement Unit, UCLU’s Volunteering Services Unit, and Camden Shares
