Carbon-13 spin-lattice relaxation times (T1) with and without proton decoupling can be measured using t1ir.aea and t1irpg.aea, respectively, included in the list of experiments under IconNMR on the 600 MHz instrument. Proton T1s can be measured using t1ir_gradient (courtesy of Dr Peter Gierth, Bruker UK).
