Experiments for diffusion coefficient measurements with and without convection compensation are named as dosy13 and dosy13_dste, respectively, and are included in the list of experiments under IconNMR on the 500 and 600 MHz instruments. A one-shot sequence for quick diffusion measurements is also available. Usually, t1gude of TopSpin is used to analyse spectra and determine values of diffusion coefficients. Bruker's Dynamic Center can also be used for the analysis. Dynamic Center is part of the TopSpin iso image, e.g. 4.4 Gb for TopSpin version 3.6.2.
