UCL Accommodation Ambassadors: applications now open

Would you like to give incoming UCL residents a warm welcome and help them settle into their new home, UCL and London itself?

Applications are now open for UCL Accommodation Ambassadors to make Moving-in Weekends amazing! From putting welcome packs in rooms to helping out at events, you could be at the heart of one of the most exciting events of the year.

Hours and Pay

The period of work for Ambassadors will be from Monday 4 September until Friday 29 of September 2017.  Both moving-in weekends of the 16-17 and 23-24 September a mandatory part of the role. We cannot consider applications from students who are not available to work both the moving-in weekends.

The hourly rate is £10.14 per hour. Ambassadors are expected to work at least 40 hours during the period, and applicants should therefore consider other commitments prior to applying.

We’ll make sure you’re trained and ready to show our incoming residents how amazing life at UCL can be. Successful candidates will be required to attend a training session either on Monday 4 September and Tuesday 5 September 2017.

Attending a training session is mandatory and you will be paid for your time. We cannot consider applications from students who are not available to attend either of the training sessions.
