Updated guidance for managers on religion and belief in the workplace

To mark Interfaith Week, UCL updated its guidance for managers on creating an inclusive workplace for staff of all faiths and none.
The guidance can be found on the UCL website and covers the legal
framework, as well as how best to accommodate religious needs in the workplace,
such as the need to pray and leave arrangements to celebrate religious festivals.
