High blood pressure in middle age can lead to dementia

Research on links between high blood pressure in middle age and dementia shows "the damage is done slowly, so what counts in terms of dementia is the duration of exposure to high blood pressure" says study lead Professor Archana Singh-Manoux (UCL Institute for Global Health).
