Activity 7

Help students discover how museums got their objects and discuss important issues

Ask children to read through the following downloadable text or read through it with them. For the section ‘What do you think?’, divide the students into groups, with one side arguing for the affirmative side of the question and the other the negative. The students can also then vote on-line.

This activity will be particularly useful for students planning a museum visit.
